Jerry Rutledge, DREI, CREI, CMC

President

Jerry Rutledge has been involved in education, mortgage finance, and development for more than 40 years.  He is a Mortgage Broker licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (SMLD) and a Real Estate Broker licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Jerry earned the esteemed “Certified Mortgage Consultant” (CMC) designation from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).  He has also been awarded the International Real Estate Educators Association “Distinguished Real Estate Instructor” (DREI) designation and the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association “Certified Real Estate Instructor” (CREI) designation.

Jerry is a recognized national guest speaker on the topics of Mortgage Market Update and Legislation, Compliance, Ethics and Fraud.  Jerry serves on the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers (TAMB) Board of Directors and has served on the Texas Association of Realtors, CID, Board of Governors. 

Rachel McNamara

Vice President

Rachel is the author and primary instructor of the training classes for Alliance Academy.  Rachel is a Mortgage Broker licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (SMLD) as well as a contract loan processor.  She is a SMLD and TREC Approved Instructor.

As the Senior Consultant for Alliance Academy Consulting Services, Rachel brings extensive experience in compliance plan development, implementation, pre-audit compliance inspections, and post-audit resolution.  She also provides brokerage efficiency evaluations and loan origination software set-up.
