The Pre-Licensing Process

We have close to a 100% pass rate for our students for the state exam.  The state average is closer to 55%.  The difference is that our school focuses on Mortgage Education.  We recommend you go to a Real Estate School for Real Estate Courses, but not Mortgage.  After all, you come to a specialized school.  You wouldn’t go to Cosmetology School to become a Plumber! 

To prepare for the exam, you SHOULD at least take “Course 1” prior to the exam because it is the LIVE Exam Prep class.  Many people who are brand new to the business also have more comfort with the General Knowledge section of the exam after they take “Course 2”
