School Policies
These rules and reminders by Alliance Academy are for your protection. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you meet the requirements. If you have any questions,
please feel free to ask.
Payment and Refunds
All course enrollments require pre-payment and are non-refundable.
In addition, the Alliance Academy is not responsible for any late fees, charges or other amounts incurred by students to licensing authorities or any other third parties.
Course tuition and any applicable fees are subject to change without notice.
No Hidden Fees
Our pricing includes no 'hidden' fees. However, some state regulatory agencies require mandatory credit reporting fees to be paid upon course completion.
We collect the requried fees when you enroll in our courses. The fee amount is clearly stated at our website along with other course details. If the mandatory state
fees increase before you complete your course, you will be required to pay the additional amount upon course completion so that we may promptly report your credit
hours to the state.
Students may be required to pass a state examination (at a state-approved testing center) after successfully completing certain pre-license programs. Any related
fees are paid directly to the appropriate exam provder and are not included in our course tuition.
Students may be required to pay fees when applying for or renewing a state license. Any such fees are paid directly to the appropriate state regulatory agency and are
not included in our course tuition.
Course Transfers
There are no refunds allowed. Transfer to a later class will be granted if requested. Students may transfer non-expired course enrollments to another student.
For online courses, the student may call and request a transfer before starting the course.
For classroom programs, students may call and request a transfer before attending the scheduled class. The transer must be requested at least two business days in
advance of the scheduled class.
